Baltimore, Maryland, September 28, 2012 – The Caribbean’s number-one show band Fab5 is set to perform in Baltimore, Maryland. This concert will also feature Jamaica’s top Rocksteady exponents, The Cables. The concert will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the Patapsco Arena 3301 Annapolis Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21230 from 9 pm to 3 am. This event is a continuation of the 50th year of Independence celebrations of Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.
Since the Band’s first recording, Come Back and Stay, the Fab5 Band has been exemplary in making and performing all genres of music. The Band has won numerous awards for the quality and professionalism of their music. The Band’s excellence in music will be demonstrated for patrons of the Washington DC, Metropolitan and surrounding areas to enjoy.
The Cables, whose hits include, Baby Why, What Kind of World, I’ve got to Go Back Home, Baby I Love You, and Feel All Right, captivated audiences in the 60’s and 70’s, “Will take us back to the good old days,” stated Rick Nugent, Promoter of the concert.
The Fab5 Band’s consistency and relevance is emboldened by adapting to subtle changes in Reggae, Soca, and other genres of music. The Band’s loyal fans appreciate the musical excellence and great showmanship that is demonstrated at every Fab5 concert.
Fans in Baltimore will be able to see and hear them on October 27, 2012 as the Fab5 Band continues to celebrate both Jamaica’s and Trinidad and Tobago’s 50th years of independence at the Patapsco Arena.
