Pat “KoolMan” Lando Joins Collectors’ Korner Now

Pat was indoctrinated into the world of music at a very early age.  His two main influences were his younger sister Jennifer and his father who owned and operated a bar. One of Pat’s roles in the bar was to keep the juke box the most current on the block.

Pat lando LogoOver the years his love for music grew and he became a ‘hunter’ — hunting music all over the world, as his taste broadened and his musical collection diversified and grew.

quotes1A friend once told me that even if I were to live to a hundred years old, I would never be able to listen to all the music I had accumulated over the years," states Pat.

In his earlier years he was a disc jockey at parties and clubs but realized that radio would be the best media for him to share his collection with an audience. He hosted two radio shows “Reggae Classic” and the “Dr Love Show” on AM/FM Chin Radio in Toronto for several years, receiving global acceptance and accumulating a diverse cult following.
