March Millennial Movements….Dare I Make this Call

March Millennial Movements....Dare I Make this Call

Many of us have heard before of Generational Patterns. Well, to be honest and less optimistic, many of us have heard of  ‘generational curses.’ What has been shown from psychology research is that if someone had a mental concern, it takes about 3 generations or 90 years max for that vulnerability to show itself again.

…DARE I make this K.A.L.L. … we can KarryOn or Carry On Actively Living Life when we :

  1. Consider “our millennial generation” that is the fact that the choices we make today will have an impact in years and years to come even 1030 years later .. so live consciously especially if a parent or grandparent.
  1. You have a choice to believe or not to believe in ‘generational curses’ but what has been definitely shown true is that families develop patterns of relating, some helpful and some harmful and when we take little or no time to consider what we will choose to take, refine and add as we form our new Nuclear families, we simply carry forward the previous unhelpful/harmful patterns that worsen with times and increase the chances of one or more persons repeating behavioural patterns that proved harmful to their relatives in the past. So live and choose how your generation will go forward.
  1. Mental disabilities are not contagious. They do not magically move from generation to generation. While there might be a vulnerability, we live in an age of information and the more informed you become, coupled with deliberately caring for your mind/body/spirit and creating the best possible environment for the little ones the greater the chances of the future generation maintaining mental and overall wellness

EACH OF US is actually on the journey of “our millennial generation” let’s make MARCH our Millennial Movement in the best possible direction as we impact 1030 and beyond ….

GATES will be opened others welcome!
