Spend time reading to keep your mind active. This will not only boost your knowledge and memory, it will keep that mind razor sharp.

Stress can easily affect your mental health and this inevitably leads to a major impact on your physical health. Make a choice not to let the issues of life stress you out. Deal with issues as they come and understand that this is all a part of life.

Your Spiritual Health

There is a part of man that desires to be at peace with the creator. It does not really matter what you believe, the important thing is for you to be at peace with your creator.
