Tasty Curried Vegetable Breakfast
Breakfast doesn't have to be cereal or eggs every morning. It helps to switch it up with other options like this.
Curried Vegetable Fajita Recipe
Yellow & Green Sliced zucchini
Green snap peas
Spinach fajita wraps
The ingredients are simple and the cooking is even easier. On top of this being a great tasting dish, the kids love it as well.
Bring Lentils to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Add dash of sea salt, ginger and curry powder to taste.
While lentils are cooking, begin sauteeing mixed vegetables. Warm coconut oil in a pan and add mized vegetables, basil, sea salt, and turmeric powder. Sautee until semi-soft.
Warm spinach wrap in oven for 2-3 minutes.
Add a big serving of lentils and then mixed vegetables onto the center of each wrap. Close the ends first and then the sides.
This can be eaten with any variety of vegetables and at any meal. It's full of antioxidants and very cardiosupportive.
