The Oxford Online Dictionary defines fashion as a popular or the latest style of clothing, hair, decoration, or behaviour.

Pulse is an international platform for persons interested in modelling. They are given an opportunity to showcase their talents and compete in various events such as Caribbean Model Search and Caribbean’s Next Top Model to name a few. According to the official Pulse Models’ website, the objective of the organization is to become ‘an even greater player on the international landscape and to fully develop its range of activities locally and internationally’.

Pulse has developed and represented many international models including Polo Ralph Lauren campaign star Oraine Barrett, Arena Covergirl Nell Robinson, Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and Esquire covergirl Carla Campbell, among others.  Pulse continues to produce numerous exceptional fashion models, especially those who have raw natural talent.

Born in the year 1990, the twenty-three year old Jeneil Williams resided in Kingston, Jamaica, until she won Pulse’s Caribbean model search in 2005 which put both her name and talent on the map. Before she became famous she had a passion to be a model from a tender age, but the world of sport, specifically track and field was what she pursued initially. Unfortunately, she experienced an injury which led her back to her model interest.

After winning the Caribbean Model Search competition, she then secured a contract with New York Model Management and in the same year she migrated to the Big Apple. She has been a part of several agencies, including:

Pulse Models (Jamaica)
D’ Management Group
Premier Model Management
IMG Models (New York)
IMG Models (Paris)
Heffner Management
Elite Model Management Stockholm
Jill Models Management
Why Not Model Agency (Milan)
New York Model Management
Ford Models Europe (Paris)
Next Model Management (New York)

According to the Jamaican Gleaner, when asked about how she was signed to so many agencies and her many achievements, she said "You have to really want it and not get too caught up with distractions and all the hype. I have seen this happen to so many people, so it's important to keep grounded and not let outside elements get the best of you."

She has appeared on countless covers and catalogues including Teen Vogue, American Vogue and Italian Vogue, Essence, Cosmo, Bloomingdale, Japan’s Neutral Magazine, America’s Trace and Benetton. She is easily the most successful model in her region and notably one of the top achievers in the year 2009.

In the future, Williams hopes to go into the line of fragrances and cosmetics later on in her career and she believes that she can start a business, as well as become involved in the performing arts, specifically acting. She is a very religious person and with her talent and determination will undoubtedly make it far in her career.
