Toronto, Ontario – Caribbean Women’s Society (CWS) is excited to announce the launch of its newest division, Caribbean-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and Community (C5).
C5 is a groundbreaking, membership-based voluntary association; which aims to connect and enable progressive, diverse and collaborative women and men from ALL areas and backgrounds to engage in innovative, success-strategies to improve the economic and social welfare of the Caribbean-Canadian community in Ontario.
Membership benefits include regular convening, workshops, seminars, leadership opportunities, member-to-member discounts, marketing opportunities, collaboratives, networking/social activities, and more!
The public launch – a celebratory, informative, and networking event for professionals and leaders – will take place on November 26, 2017, at Downsview Hub in Toronto; and aims to commemorate and share information about C5, and recruit new members and contributors. Clips of the event will be live-streamed on Facebook and Twitter @c5ontario.
