Angels of Love Keeping Children Alive

FAITH HOPE CHARITY ♥

Celebrating three years this October, Angels of Love Jamaica is a non-profit organization that aims to help underprivileged, disadvantaged and critically ill children by assisting with life-saving treatment, health care, education and supporting services. The charity currently supports 11 little angels who are all children suffering from severe illness, such as various types of cancer, which require constant medical attention.

In an effort to ease the burden of medical expenses, the charity sponsors the children. Angels of Love try to assist not only financially but they offer their time as well. They visit with the children who have been admitted to the Bustamante hospital where they read to, play with and help to take care of them.

Though a fairly new charity, Angels of Love has extended their wings to assist the Bustamante Hospital for Children, the Pediatric Ward of the May Pen Hospital and more recently, the Pediatric Wards of the University Hospital. Being a non-profit organization, all funds generated from corporate sponsors, dedicated volunteers, charity fundraisers and daily donations to the angels of love tins and containers are used to help the little angels.

How can I help?

The charity welcomes all donations as they will definitely benefit a child in need. Persons can also volunteer their time to visit with the children or participate in fundraising activities. Angels of Love currently has three chapters, Kingston, UWI Mona, and May Pen.
